Walker County Cowboy Church - Huntsville, TX

Our mission is to eliminate "religious and man made barriers" and just get down to the basics found in God's Word. We do things a little differently so that there is no pressure and no preconceptions about church. We are a Baptist affiliate but our only allegiance is to Jesus Christ, our Lord.

We feature country gospel music, relevant messages, a casual atmosphere, and real people who would love to meet you!!

Current Reminders and Updates

Food Drive: Every Sunday in March. All food/toiletries collected went to Good Shepherd Mission in Huntsville. We collected 197 food items and 29 personal care items (plus two bags of travel size toiletries and dental floss) for the spring food drive. Every little bit helps and Good Shepherd appreciates every little bit. Somehow we managed to beat our last drive by a lot thanks to all who were able to pitch in and help.  Thank you for all your contributions.

Prayer Time: Join us at 10:15 on Sundays as we join together in prayer for God’s blessings on our church. There are about a dozen people currently praying together. We’d love to include you in the group. Everyone is welcome.

Kroger Rewards: The donation checks are faithfully coming in each quarter! When you designate the church as the organization you want to receive a donation from each use of your Kroger Plus shoppers card, we receive 1% of all grocery items purchased!! Click here for instructions on how to participate!

We have a church APP: For more information you can contact Julie.

“Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” (Hebrews 10:24-25)
